Cancellation policy & obligations

These rules ensure flawless organisation for our executive transfers and event operations.

Scope

Applies to transfers, hourly/day hire and event logistics operated by Sidra Car SA with professional chauffeurs.

Point-to-point transfers

Complimentary cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up. After that or in case of no-show, 100% is due.

Hourly or daily hire

Complimentary cancellation up to 48 hours before the service. 50% due between 48 h and 24 h; 100% if cancelled within 24 h or in case of no-show.

Event transport

A 50–60% deposit is required upon confirmation. Balance and extras (overtime, parking, chauffeur lodging) must be settled before the service ends.

Event cancellation

Cancellation ≥ 10 days: free. Between D-10 and D-8: 15%. Between D-8 and D-3: 45%. Within 72 h: no refund.

Client obligations

Any change to itinerary, timing or volume must be communicated promptly. Clients provide complete passenger details, respect pick-up times and advise of bulky luggage or special equipment.

Delays and no-shows

Drivers wait up to 30 min for urban transfers (60 min for airports) without surcharge. Beyond that, waiting fees apply per 30-min block. Without news after the grace period the mission counts as no-show and is billed.

Liability

Sidra Car SA is not liable for delays caused by traffic, strikes or force majeure. Extra costs (special tolls, VIP access, chauffeur meals) are recharged to the client.

Law and jurisdiction

Chauffeur services follow Swiss law and professional licences in force. Jurisdiction: Geneva.
